小小大星球无线连接路由器配置方法

近日，借来小小大星球在家玩。由于我家的是无线路由网络，所以每次连接上网都会出现无法连接到网络或无法连接到他人的情况，后发现是由于小小大目前对于支持内网后的机器有问题造成，应对无线进行如下配置：
1：在无线路由配置页面打开upnp支持；
2：将PS3主机所分的内网ip设定为DMZ主机(这样就通过session映射让此主机直接暴露在公网环境一致了)；
3：重启路由；
......OK啦!

世界十大技术灾难之首-1975年河南板桥水库溃堤

1975年河南水灾 2005年5月28日，美国《Discovery》栏目播放一期名为《世界历史上人为技术错误造成的灾害TOP 10》的专题节目。它们包括前苏联切尔诺贝利核电站爆炸事件、印度化工厂泄毒事件等。而TOP.1，世界历史上最惨绝人寰的人为灾难，居然就是中国河南省驻马店板桥水库溃堤。 据《Discovery》节目报导，9县1镇东西150公里、南北75公里范围内一片汪洋。现场打捞起尸体10多万具，他们是垮坝当晚熟睡中的直接受难者，也包括几天后爆破泄洪、分洪的受难者；后期因缺粮、感染、瘟疫又致14万人死亡。24万余的死亡人数直逼次年发生的唐山大地震。 1975年河南水灾，八亿立方米的大洪水，以雷霆万钧之势汹涌而出，在黑夜中咆哮 嘶叫，吞噬村庄、桥梁、工厂。骨牌效应下，造成下游十余座水库同时崩溃。与此同时，另一座大型水库石漫滩水库，竹沟、田岗两座中型水库，58座小型水库在短短数小时内相继垮坝溃决。滔天洪水淹没了有30个县市、1780万亩农田被淹，1015万人受灾，六百八十万间房屋倒塌，一百公里的京广铁路被毁，铁轨变成麻花状，其威力绝不下于南亚大海啸。 此次灾情一直讳莫如深，直到一九九九年由前水利部长钱正英作序的《中国大洪水》，才披露部份灾情:死亡人数为二万九千人，但这个数字似乎并不准确，还有其它多种说法。全国政协委员和政协常委乔培新、孙越崎、林华、千家驹、王兴让、雷天觉、徐驰和陆钦侃揭露，死亡人数达23万人。 水库由来 为什么要修建板桥等水库？目的只有一个--治淮，而且是毛泽东御笔亲批。 淮河流域历史上一直是水灾多发地带，1950年夏，淮河流域再次发生百年不遇的严重水灾，27个县受灾，受灾人口990万，受灾面积31000万亩，死亡人数489人。1950年中国中央治淮委员会成立，1951年毛泽东题词:"一定要把淮河修好。"之后，淮河流域上的一大批水库工程开始兴建。至五十年代末，在淮河上游建造了包括板桥水库和石漫滩水库的九座大型水库和无数的中小型水库，其目的就是蓄水，当时把这个水利策略叫作"满天星"和"葡萄串"。直至再找不到适合建水库的坝址了。当时人们遗憾的只是在淮河流域上找不到一个象三峡水库一样的，能称雄世界的工程，一个能把淮河洪水卡住的工程，一个能一劳永逸的工程。 台风强降雨，水库崩堤 1975年7月31日，3号台风在太平洋上空形成。 8月7日，台风进入驻马店地区。在台风尚未到达时，驻马店地区就已经普降暴雨。8月5日至7日3天的最大降雨量为1605毫米，相当于驻马店地区年平均雨量的1.8倍。4日至8日，超过400毫米的降雨面积达 19410平方公里，大于1000毫米的降水区集中在京广铁路以西板桥水库、石漫滩水库到方城一带。 8月5日晨，板桥水库水位开始上涨。17时，水库上游猛降暴雨，板桥水库管理局院内积水已逾1米，库区内电话中断。管理局与水库上游龙王庙、桃花店等雨量站全部失去联系。 "垮坝危险！" 8月7日19时30分和8日零时20分，水库管理局用当地驻军的军用通讯设备两次向上级部门发出特特急电，请求用飞机炸掉副溢洪道，确保大坝安全。可是，这两封急电均如泥牛入海，没有半点回应。40分钟后，高涨的洪水漫坝而过。水库管理局第三次向上级部门发出特特告急电，并紧急开启尚能移动的五扇闸门，但此时水库已经开始决口。 8日凌晨，洪水像脱缰的野马，冲出板桥水库的决口，以每秒6米的速度铺天盖地向下游冲去。据记载，溃决时最大出库瞬间流量为7.81万立方米每秒，在6小时内向下游倾泄7.01亿立方米洪水。至遂平县境内时，水面宽10公里，水头高3-7米。昔日人欢马叫的遂平县城，顷刻之间一片汪洋。沉睡在梦乡中的人们，在浑然不觉中变成沉溺水底的冤魂。 溃坝洪水进入河道后，在大坝至京广铁路直线距离45公里之间形成一股水头高达5-9米、水流宽为12-15公里的洪流。石漫滩水库5日20时水位开始上涨，至8日0时30分涨至最高水位111.40米、防浪墙顶过水深0.4米时，大坝漫决。入库洪水总量2.24亿立方米，在5个半小时内全部泄完，最大垮坝流量3万立方米每秒，下游田岗水库随之漫决。沙河、洪河下游泥河洼、老王坡两座滞洪区，最大蓄洪量为8.86亿立方米，此时超蓄4.50亿立方米，蓄洪堤多处漫溢决口，失去控制作用。 驻马店地区的主要河流全部溃堤漫溢。全区东西300公里，南北150公里，60亿立方米洪水疯狂漫流，汪洋一片。因老王坡滞洪区干河河堤在8月8日漫决，约有10亿立方米洪水串入汾泉河流域。9日晚，洪水进入安徽阜阳地区境内，泉河多处溃堤，临泉县城被淹。 在1 万多平方公里的土地上，近60亿立方米的洪水肆意横流。劫后余生的人回忆，板桥水库高24.5米的大坝溃决时，出库洪峰声如山崩地裂，形如倒海翻江。所到之处，建筑、树木一瞬间消失了踪影。干流水面上，人头攒动，拼命挣扎、呼救。遇难人的尸体和猪、羊、牛、马、鸡、鸭等动物尸体，顺水漂流。石滚碾盘被冲下沟河，链轨拖拉机、重型机械车床等随水翻滚。遂平火车站50吨的火车车厢被冲走5公里，铁轨被扭成麻花形......洪水过后，只留下一片灰蒙蒙的大地。河沟里、淤泥里，人畜尸体，横七竖八，惨不忍睹。板桥水库东4公里的大路陈村村民后来形容:"远看白茫茫，近看空荡荡，进村没有路，只剩一棵树。" 灾后反思 据了解，板桥水库管理局的三次特特急电均未能传到上级部门领导手中。决口后，8日4时，水库当地驻军冒着被雷击的危险，将步话机天线移上房顶，又将垮坝情况通知驻马店军分区转报地委。同时，水库驻军用信号弹向下游群众报告险情并紧急转移，但由于没有事先约定而未能如愿。 大面积水库的建立，在遇到小型洪水时还可以起到一定作用。但是由于淮河流域的地势问题等原因，水库蓄水量不够，禁不起大的洪水的冲击的危险，在60年代末就已经凸现出来。对此，中央始终没有一个有效的防范措施。 此次灾难，如果在得知飓风警报的时候就有所防范，能够提前做好预备案，就可以避免后来的联系中断，致使无法及时炸掉副坝、无法通知下游群众及时转移。如果少一点"人定胜天"的自大，多一些对生命的慎重和悲悯，就会减少许多的疏忽，就会保全许多的生命。也许有人把它仅仅当作了自然灾害，就像四川的汶川地震一样。美国人把它视为人为的灾难，的确，没有满天星的水库，再有连年的水患，也不会一下子消失23万人。这个教训是不应该被遗忘和湮没的。 在后来至今的淮河治理规划和成就报告中，1975年的水灾惨痛从来没有见诸于文字。人们所看到和听到的淮河，都是像钱敏（水利部淮河水利委员会主任）所概括的那样："淮河是新中国第一条全面系统治理的大河。55年的治淮，在我国水利史上写下了光辉的一页，取得了举世瞩目的成就。沿淮人民在党和政府的领导下，艰苦奋斗，万众一心，兴水利、除水患，谱写了一曲曲动人的治淮凯歌。流域内建成各类水库5700多座，其中大中型水库195座，......建设大型灌区81处，全流域有效灌溉面积8900千公顷。......昔日的水害已逐渐转变为水利......"
